ABSTRACT

Management of property charges is an essential part of Property Management, the traditional property management used mostly by hand, makes property management personnel workload and low efficiency. System followed the software engineering methodology for systems analysis, design, detailed design and system testing. This paper makes the overall design of the system, and it detailed analyzes the relationship between each functional module in the process of and it introduces the whole design process of bidding management system. Then this paper makes the model design of database of the system, including entities linked graph and the data table structure and ensure the best solution. Finally, it makes code and the implementation of the function to the system, and it detailed analyzes the key technologies Java and the key code related to each module.
